• Onsite service call within Rte. 128/I-95:
  $135.00 ($140.00 downtown Boston), which covers any labor in the first hour.
  $27.50 for each additional 15 minutes after the first hour.
• Onsite service calls between Rte. 128/I-95 and I-495:
  $140.00, which covers any labor in the first hour.
  $27.50 for each additional 15 minutes after the first hour.
• Onsite service calls beyond I-495:
  Call for current rates.
• Remote help desk services and telephone support:
  $30.00 initial connection fee, which covers up to the first 15 minutes.
  $27.50 for each additional 15 minutes.
• Drop-off/Pick-up rates:
  $110.00 flat fee which covers diagnostics and repair up to the first hour.
  $27.50 for each additional 15 minutes after the first hour.
• Pre-Paid Rate Plans:
