Onsite PC Doctor's Rates
- Onsite service call within Rte. 128/I-95:
$130.00 ($135.00 downtown Boston), which covers any labor in the first
hour. $25.00 for each additional 15 minutes after the first hour.
- Onsite service calls between Rte. 128/I-95 and I-495:
$135.00, which covers any labor in the first hour.
$25.00 for each additional 15 minutes after the first hour.
- Onsite service calls beyond I-495:
Call for current rates.
- Remote help desk services and telephone support:
$30.00 initial connection fee, which covers up to the first 15 minutes.
$25.00 for each additional 15 minutes.
- Drop-off/Pick-up rates:
$100.00 flat fee which covers diagnostics and repair up to the first hour.
$25.00 for each additional 15 minutes after the first hour.
- Pre-Paid Rate Plans:
Save money by purchasing pre-paid time blocks. Ideal for small
businesses with a budget that need ongoing computer support and
maintenance. Hours purchased include onsite service and remote/phone
